Great service and delicious cake! The next time we circumnavigate the Chiemsee we will definitely come by again?

Very nice to look at from the outside. Unfortunately quite expensive.

It used to be great here when the "old" tenant was still there. Back then, the furnishings were nice and the quality was better. Now it's (too) expensive and the furnishings ... well, it's slowly getting better . The toilets are clean.

A very great little cafe / restaurant that can boast of a view directly over the Chiemsee. Breakfast is served here until 2 p.m., so that late risers will also be happy here

Despite full tables, they tried to find a free space for us 7 people. The view is of course the stunner. In the evening, large lanterns are distributed, which brings out the beautiful atmosphere of the location even more. Food and drinks are good. The staff friendly, if a little more attention came, it could hardly be topped :)

Here you can sit very nicely right on the lake. There is a nice selection of delicious breakfasts. The portions are not huge, but perfectly adequate and the quality of the food is very good.

Great location, but that was all. Absolutely overpriced! Staff overwhelmed and even after asking five times we didn't get our entire order! Even in the high season something like that shouldn't happen!

It's just an incredibly beautiful atmosphere to be able to eat and drink something so close to the Chiemsee. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and well selected and the staff is extremely friendly. I felt very comfortable!

1 star for the nice staff, 1 star for the relatively clean toilet. I had an omelette that contained a maximum of 2 eggs, just too few for the price, the bun could have been left out and a really nice omelette could have been made!

It's on the waterfront, a small but very good restaurant. The prices for this area are normal. Very good food, can only be recommended. Gladly again . Personal top.

Staff very friendly but a bit planned. The apple strudel was good but relatively expensive. But a nice view of the Chiemsee. Tables and benches have gotten a bit into these years. Would give 3.5 stars.

Prime location and great staff! The food looked great, the drinks came quickly and were tasty. The corona rules are observed very strictly, I like that!

Nice to sit outside at breakfast, nice staff, beautiful view of the lake. At the moment it is better to reserve otherwise waiting time. Thank you, I'll be back ??

The place is nicely located with good views, but as its almost the only places to eat it may lack in quality and like other places has inreased prices. The additional star given is for the watermelon salad pictured which i really enjoyed!

Wouldn't like to give a star at all, as the landlady is extremely unfriendly. In front of us stood a man who was served immediately. When it was our turn, I wanted to order ice cream for our children and said to the landlady that I would like to get two ice creams, then SHE: they get nothing, they wait for now. I don't think that's possible. ?

The location is 5-star. Small room with maybe 10-12+ small tables. All tables continually full, but moved quickly through for those waiting because the food and drinks offered are relatively simple (but good!). Being popular, we had to wait a bit before we were waited on, not all items were listed and not all listed were available. All in all totally fine though! Friendly staff, even with the high turnover. I'd go back in a flash for a comfy cup of afternoon coffee spoiling! You sit directly over the water! With Chiemsee so large, you feel like you're at the coast, with mtn views behind! Super!

Nice place by the lake. Bring something warm to wear. Even in summer it can be cooler because of the lake breeze. Staff were friendly and service was fast during our visit. Free and good quality WiFi was also available during our visit.

Found this lovely place on our travels, staff very helpful and polite. Nice lake views, relaxing setting. Came off the motorway and travelled across the countryside a little while. Then came around the lake

We decided to have dinner here after spending the day at the lake. The presentation of the dishes was really well done and it raised my expectations of the food, only to find out that the food was not that great tasting. We ordered the pumpkin soup, chili con carne, pad Thai, blut und leberwuste, gnocchi gorgonzola. The pumpkin soup had a strong herbs flavor. I asked the waitress if I could exchange it and I think this was the first time she was asked this because she had to check with the cook. She came back and said our food taste was different and that I could order something else but it would not be on the house. I understand that pumpkin soup may be different (in Germany) than I'm used to, but I did not order a herbs flavor soup. Sadly the other dishes were either too salty or too bland. The best tasting thing was the bottled coke and the beautiful view of the sunset, which was after all, free of charge.

Good food, great view, really friendly. My son wanted fries and they didn't have it on their menu but they worked around it for him and made him potato wedges.
